Grasshopper Manufacture did it once again as they offer another would-be sought-after visual novel adventure game. The 25th Ward: The Silver Case serves as a sequel to The Silver Case, the debut title of Grasshopper Manufacture. It first features puzzle solving by using number inputs. But with the new game installation, it will sport a new set of characters who will need to solve series of murders.

The game’s plot happened seven years after The Silver Case. There are three parts that will be featured in The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. These include “Correctness”, “Match Maker” and “Placebo”. And in each of these parts, it will be divided into five episodes. The setting of “Correctness” is in the 25th Ward district where it follows the story Shinko Kuroyanagi and Shiruyabu Mokutaro as they investigate on strange and vicious murders within the place.

On the other hand, “Match Maker” unearths the deeds of Tsukino Shinkai, the Regional Adjustment Division officer, as he interacts with the 25th Ward underworld. And lastly, the “Placebo” trails Tokio Morishima who has been in the game’s original lineup as he investigates the mysteries of the 25th Ward together with the “Search Goddess. On as we go with the story, then there will come Kamui Uehara that will sew these three narratives into one.
