Dynasty Warriors) series of action games based on Luo Guanzhong’s historic classic novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms,  takes players back in time and onto the battlefields of Ancient China. In all the episodes of this worldwide beloved series, the players experience the thrill of fighting single-handedly against nearly endless legions of enemy soldiers in historic battles that shaped an empire.
With many stand-alone expansions & spin-offs such the ones dedicated to One Piece, Hokuto no Ken, Gundam, Arslan Senki, and many others Shin Sangoku Musou series has sold globally more than 20 million copies.

Finally, on this month, the new Shin Sangoku Musou 8 (Dynasty Warriors 9) will arrive on PlayStation 4.
Featuring 90 of the most powerful generals lived in Ancient China including Guan Yu, Lu Bu, Xu Zhu, Taishi Ci, and the new lucky seven ones – Cheng Pu, Cao Xiu, Man Chong, Xin Xianying, Xun You, Xu Sheng, and Zhou Cang – for the first time you’ll wander and battle in a hugely large open Middle Kingdom that will give you the brand new opportunity to refine your strategies and tactics thanks to the “Interactive Action” gameplay mechanic which allow you to take various advantages during the battles exploiting the environment near you, for example you could launch a surprise attack from the top of a mountain or shoot fire arrows to oil barrels to create a massive explosion that will open a breach even in the most fortified castle or also infiltrate in the enemy camp during a moonless night using the dynamic day & night cycle wisely.
