The comedy-based puzzler, Stick it to the Man will now be having its spiritual successor which is a darkly-humored platformer titled, Flipping Death. It is an adventure-platforming game with a lot of puzzle elements in it.
The award-winning video game developer Zoink Games has been working on this title since 2017, and now, they are aiming for a Spring 2018 release date. The team ambitions to spread it out on all platforms, but for now, they are only announcing it for a PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch release in the US and PAL Territories.
Zoink Games is seriously making Flipping Death a good game to throw out on the market when it launch. In fact, they have partnered up with the well-known publishing company, Rising Star Games.

Step into the dark-whimsical town of Flatwood Peaks. A small town where death is lurking in every corner. Follow the role of the main protagonist, Penny, and help the trapped ghosts together with your trusted scythe.
【TRAILER】
So at the beginning of the game, you actually die. Momentarily, you find yourself in a dark world where bones and mysterious beings are scattered everywhere which is called the Otherside. So, here in this game, it is known as a place where you end up after your horrific death.
But, here in Flatwood Peaks, death is not your resting place, there is no rest in peace. Rather, you will go on a mission to discover what happened to yourself and how did you come to the Otherside.
The main story of the game is about filling in the job of Death. Death goes on a vacation and you are tasked to do his duty. So, for the rest of the game, you’ll be performing Death’s work together with your powerful scythe.
As the game progress, you will appreciate the presence of your scythe. You can throw it around the Otherside and perform platforming clever jumps. If you get a hang out of this, you will be able to do a lot of cool stuff.
Furthermore, another mechanics of the game is being able to possess other living person’s bodies in order for you to solve puzzles. When you are in the midst of occupying their warm bodies, you will have the opportunity to read their minds. Correspondingly, you can also hear what they are thinking through the brain dialogue.
Sometimes, they give away hints, so you have to listen to them very carefully. But, most of the time, they are just voicing out random stuff. So, you have to be a very good listener in this game.
