Hacking is your greatest best friend!

The protagonist of the game, Marcus Holloway, is a hacker. He’s a brilliant hacker. However, he’s accused of a crime against the HDC. He didn’t commit this crime. So he fights them and he reveals their crime, and it’s corruption. But later on, he’s on trial by Dedsec to erase his shadow in a Blume server farm. He realizes how much data is gathered by the system.

CTOS 2.0 is installed across the whole United States. His mission is to reveal the under the table crim of CTOS 2.0 system by the CTO of the Blume Corporation. The members of DedSec are inspired by the works of T-Bone and Aiden Pearce. They are also hyped up to fight against the enemy.

Here’s a brief background of the protagonist!

Of course, you control Marcus Holloway in a third-person perspective. The game features an open world in the San Francisco Bay Area. Well, remember game geeks, it’s a fictionalized area of San Francisco. The fictionalized area is composed of four main parts: San Francisco, Oakland, Marin and Silicon Valley. You can navigate the world by foot or use vehicles such as cars, trucks, buses, cable cars, motorcycles, bikes, and boats. Of course, Marcus is a great hacker, right? You can hack into the city’s buildings on their device and everyone’s personal data. You can take control of the drones, cars, cranes, security robots and more! Manipulate your enemies using Marcus Holloway’s hacking talent. Use it to trigger the enemies in unpredictable chains of events.

You can hack without killing enemies, or you can combine your hacking skills and your fighting skills with a variety of weapons to choose from. Develop skills that suit your playing style.
