Are you ready for a second chance in hell?
You control the protagonist named Abel. He’s wearing jeans, white tank top, white sneakers and red bandanna. He discovers that his old friend Bayer has beneficial sacrifice Abel’s family to resurrect the demon Lucifer. For his sacrifice, he gains demonic powers as his great reward. Abel decides to travel through Hell to rescue his beloved daughter with the help of his wife’s spirit.
As you go along the fires of Hell, you retro players can acquire an orb after you defeat a large boss. This orb is a transformation orb. It will transform Abel into his demonic form. His demon forms are powerful as ever. It includes a flying red demon using energy boomerangs, a green demon using a laser, and a blue dragon with a powerful short-range breath attack! You can pick the demonic form several times. You can end up as Abel’s demonic form in the final stages. Using his human form, Abel uses his gun that has infinite range and ammo. The problem is that it can only attack enemies horizontally.

- Majyuuou puts the player in control of Abel in his human form initially, though after every large boss the player can acquire an orb that will transform Abel into a demonic form of his own. His demon forms are a lot more powerful and include a flying red demon who uses energy boomerangs, a green reptilian demon with a laser, and a blue dragon with a powerful short-range breath attack!
- The player can either pick the same form several times, which unlocks a much stronger version of that form, or they can alternate every stage and end up with the ultimate demon form for the final stages
- In his standard human form, Abel uses a gun that has infinite range and ammo, but can only attack enemies horizontally. The player can charge up a powerful blast by holding down the attack button, and each of the demon forms also has their equivalent charge moves
