Atlus releases the upcoming rhythm game Persona 5: Dancing Star Night (ペルソナ5 ダンシング・スターナイト) in Japan this May 24, 2018. This is based on the RPG Persona 5. It’s available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita! Are you ready to dance under the bright stars with this game? Pre-order is now available!

The protagonist wakes up in a room called the Velvet Room with the Phantom Thieves. The Velvet Room residents announce they are going to throw a dance party. This sudden announcement surprises the group. Now, they are forced to join the party as a request from the Phantom Thieves.
This rhythm game is based on the role-playing game Persona 5. It centers on the main characters of the RPG game. You choose a character from the character roster to perform a song in a location in Persona 5. You use a six-button system to hit the notes in a specific time in the song you play. During a section of the song dubbed Fever, your chosen partner will join you in the game. The interactions of the characters between the songs will set in the Velvet Room, a familiar location in the Persona series. While clearing some conditions, you can gain costumes and accessories!

- Enjoy “Dancing!” – You can enjoy a rhythm game with the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad / Phantom Thieves. You can choose from up to four difficulty levels. By clearing specific songs and the like, you can unlock new songs for a total of 25 songs. You can also set a partner who dances together with your chosen character for each Fever Time. Additionally, by equipping costumes and accessories, you can enjoy an even flashier dance experience!
- Persona 5: Dancing Star Night Story – When the protagonist awakens, he and the Phantom Thieves are gathered in a room that becomes Club Velvet. Velvet Room residents Justine and Caroline suddenly appeared before the startled Phantom Thieves, and announced that they are going to throw a dance party. While the sudden announcement surprised the group, they were forced to accept the twins proposal as a “request” for the Phantom Thieves. How will this mysterious party unfold…
- Commu – In “Commu,” you can talk with your friends and enjoy mini-events. If you clear the conditions set for each character, you can unlock events, through which you can obtain costumes and the like. Listen to your friends’ enthusiasm for dancing and inner feelings, and further deepen your bonds
- Dance Wearing Various Costumes – By clearing certain conditions within the game, you can obtain various costumes and accessories. From cool costumes to amusing costumes, various items exist in the game
