Otaku fans, it’s your time to shine again. Bandai Namco announces the release of the light novel series Record of Grancrest War to PlayStation 4 this June 2018 in Japan. This announcement was made during the live stream from Bandai Namco itself. Get ready your Sony gaming console this June as this tactical RPG is now available for pre-order.

For a brief background, Record of Grancrest War is a Japanese light novel series written by Ryo Mizuno and illustrated by Miyū. The anime version premiered last January 6, 2018. Currently, there are 24 episodes up to this date.
The anime/game sets in the continent of Atlatan. The continent is dominated by the demons from another dimension called the Chaos. The people under the guidance of the Lords, who possesses the Chaos that gives them superhuman powers will join forces to stop the Chaos. However, the Lords fight against each other’s Crests and their territory. Chaos begins with a war in Atlatan.
Under the leadership tactics of Siluca and Theo’s ideals, they sign a treaty to bring change to their mainland that is surrounded by war.

Control the battlefield with your army. You can deploy your army to the battlefield to gain the unification of the continent. While playing the game, you might experience the original story through various elements such as the battles, the territorial rule, and the character growth. Decide carefully as your decision might affect the outcome of the battle. Command your units and must adapt every various situation such as the sieges by the enemy and enemy breaking the defenses. Of course, the battle against the monsters with the characters of Record of GrancrestWar awaits you!
