In North America, Another World is also known as Out of This World. While in Japan, it is known as Outer World. It is a game designed by Éric Chahi for Delphine Software.
Originally, this game was developed for the 1980’s personal computers, Amiga and Atari ST. Over the course of the year, the game was then widely ported to several contemporary Systems. Eventually, a 5th Anniversary Edition for modern computers and a subsequent 20th Anniversary Edition was released.
Follow the role of Lester, a young genius scientist. Lester is working on an experiment at his high-tech underground laboratory. He made his experiment in his Ferrari 288 GTO during a thunderstorm. And just like any other steady scene, the situation went haywire.
Lester’s experiment gone terribly wrong, leading him to open a mysterious hole in time and space. Later on, he finds himself on a deadly alien planet, leaving him with no choice but to fight for his survival.
And now, let’s take a closer look who Lester really is.
