Square Enix at E3 2018
E3 2018 is now on day three of its press conferences. And Square Enix’s time to own the show has finally come. Many fans and spectators in the gaming community have eagerly been awaiting Square Enix’s presentation and announcements! Well, the hype certainly has built up after the first two days when Electronic Arts, Microsoft, and Bethesda took the spotlight. However, Square Enix didn’t reveal anything unexpected, with a handful of announcements and trailers that we already know, which gamers were quick to pick up on.
So, just to recap, here’s the full list of the games that were shown at the Square Enix presentation at E3 2018.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider
Square Enix started their presentation of their upcoming games with Shadow of the Tomb Raider. The trailer revealed at the presentation of how Lara become one with the jungle. Shadow of the Tomb Raider will launch for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC this coming September 14.

Lara Croft’s defining moment as she becomes the Tomb Raider. In Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Lara must master a deadly jungle, overcome terrifying tombs, and persevere through her darkest hour. As she races to save the world from a Maya apocalypse, Lara will ultimately be forged into the Tomb Raider she is destined to be.

Under the Moonlight
Another Final Fantasy XIV update is coming, the Patch 4.3 entitled Under the Moonlight. However, this is unclear whether the release date is on Summer 2018. No further information is added. We know you have a lot of patience, so let’s wait for it!

Final Fantasy XIV x Monster Hunter World
A great crossover between two massive game titles is coming. Square Enix revealed Final Fantasy XIV x Monster Hunter: World. In the trailer, there’s a great collaboration between Rathalos and Felynes from Monster Hunter: World. This crossover is coming this Summer 2018.

Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit
The next game featured is from the award-winning game developer of Life is Strange, Dontnod Entertainment. Dontnod Entertainment revealed one of their upcoming works, The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit. This game is all about childhood. Meet Chris, a very imaginative 10-year-old boy who loves to escape his real life and jump to his fantastical adventures. He even calls himself, Captain Spirit!
The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit is an original story set in the Life is Strange Universe. Are you excited to see the characters of Life is Strange 2 characters in a brand-new story?

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age is an upcoming RPG of Square Enix. The game is slated for a September 4th release for the PS4 and Steam. During the presentation of Square Enix, they have revealed a new trailer for the game. You can watch it below.

Babylon’s Fall
Platinum Games, the game developer of the renowned game Nier: Automata, gives us a new game to enjoy. Babylon’s Fall announced in Square Enix’s press conference in E3 2018. The reveal trailer gives a dark setting. In the reveal trailer, world history is visible where the discovery of the Oversoul led to an age of prosperity. The trailer also mentions on the “nomads” were born as they fight for humanity against the forces of evil.

Nier Automata Become as Gods Edition

Sora, Donald, and Goofy’s mission is to find these guardians, while King Mickey and Riku are searching for previous Keyblade wielders. The game will be inclusive of other familiar Disney characters. Battles are set in new and familiar worlds which were based on Disney properties. Experience the fun in Disney while completing the mission.
