Shawn Layden, President and CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment America, did the introduction for the Press Conference of Sony at this year’s E3. The event is set in a glamorous tent in Los Angeles. So, before the event officially starts, Gustavo Santaolalla played on stage one of the soundtracks from The Last of Us. The Last Of Us Part II
The upcoming action-adventure, The Last of Us Part II by World Wide Studios is the first to be revealed in the event.
The Last of Us Part II gameplay trailer left everyone in complete awe because of its improved gameplay. The new trailer features a more innocent Ellie as the playable character. The trailer starts off at a dance with her friends and a female character that appears to be her girlfriend. At first, the setting of the game is at peace. But as the story progresses, the real battle begins.
Ellie suddenly found herself in a vast open apocalyptic world of the game as a deadly fighter. As she explores the open world, Ellie starts to encounter various wicked enemies. Most of the enemies that emerge in the environment of the game are very challenging to deal with. So that means, you really need your expertise in survival action game in here.

Ghost of Tsushima
Sucker Punch Productions presents Ghost of Tsushima. Before revealing the actual gameplay, the presentation starts off with a live musical presentation. Ghost of Tsushima is an upcoming action adventure game set in feudal Japan during the Mongol invasion. It is an open-world game set in the year of 1274.
Samurai warriors are the legendary defenders of Japan–until the fearsome Mongol Empire invades the island of Tsushima, wreaking havoc and conquering the local population. As one of the last surviving samurai, you rise from the ashes to fight back. But, honorable tactics won’t lead you to victory. You must move beyond your samurai traditions to forge a new way of fighting–the way of the Ghost–as you wage an unconventional war for the freedom of Japan.
The release date for the game is yet to be announced.

CONTROL
“A supernatural third-person action-adventure.”
Control is an upcoming action-adventure game that puts players in the shoes of a Director striving to retrieve Control. The game is coming out on PS4, Xbox One, and PC digitally. See the game description below.
After a secretive agency in New York is invaded by an otherworldly threat, you become the new Director struggling to regain Control. From developer Remedy Entertainment, this supernatural 3rd person action-adventure will challenge you to master the combination of supernatural abilities, modifiable loadouts, and reactive environments while fighting through a deep and unpredictable world.

Resident Evil 2
Resident Evil 2 takes you back to Raccoon City. Follow the role of college student Claire Redfield and rookie police officer, Leon Kennedy. Brace yourselves to explore the zombie-infested city as you play the game from a third-person perspective.
Both Leon and Claire have their own separate playable campaigns, allowing players to see the story from both characters’ perspectives. The fate of these two fan-favorite characters is in players hands as they work together to survive and get to the bottom of what is behind the terrifying attack on the city. Will they make it out alive?
The game is slated for a January 25, 2019 release for PS4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.

Trover Saves the Universe
The makers of Rick and Morty, Squanch Games announces the upcoming 3D platformer – Trover Saves the Universe.
The bathtub guy introduces the game on his bathtub (well, he’s always on the bathtub). This game looks like to support both PS4 and the PSVR. In the trailer, it shows a third-person platforming. Of course, a mixed of weird humor that is apparent in Rick and Morty show.

Marvel Spider-Man
Sony and Insomniac Games with collaboration with Marvel showcased a new trailer for Spiderman. In the trailer, it gave a deep overview on how the combat will work on this upcoming action-adventure game. Also, there were appearances from Spiderman’s team of villains including Electro, Rhino, Scorpion, and Vulture. Of course, it also gave us a preview of the main key focuses for the gameplay: the acrobatic, combo-based combat and the web-swinging.
