Captain Toad and Toadette are ascending a tower together to get a Power Star. Suddenly, the giant crow, Wingo, appears and steals the Power Star as he also kidnaps Toadette. Captain Toad is now determined to save Toadette in the hand of the villainous giant Wingo.
The players control Captain Toad and his beloved companion Toadette into various obstacles to reach for a gold star. You can rotate the camera and touch the screen to find the hidden treasure along in this exciting journey. Both Captain Toad and Toadette can be hit once before dying but just like Mario. Though, you can grab some mushrooms to restore their health. Plus, an exciting level is also coming! Nintendo adds up Super Mario Odyssey levels too. Play with your family and your friends by sharing a pair of Joy-Cons. While you are playing as Captain Toad, the other one assists you throughout the journey.
