The game sets in 1935 EC. The continent of Europa is dominated by two superiorities: The Autocratic East Europan Imperial Alliance and The Atlantic Federation. These two superpowers depend on a sacred mineral called Ragnite. However, the scarcity of Ragnite puts the two superpowers into a test. As a result, the Empire declares war on the Federation. The beginning of the Second Europan war continues as the Empire wants to conquer Gallia. Gallia is a small town in the boundary between the Federation and the Empire, and it is known rich for Ragnite. This time, The Federation is on the verge of losing. They execute Operation Northern Cross. This is the last-ditch attempt to end the war. Commander Claude Wallace and his loyal friends of Squad E are responsible for this fight of a desperate success. They must win in order to stop this Second Europan War.
Now for the gameplay, enjoy the game with CANVAS Graphics Engine. With the use of hand-painted watercolor illustrations, the graphics come to life. The graphics have a warm-detailed expression. With this kind of graphics, the game reckons itself unique with the variance in contour lines, extruding color, and shadows depicted with oblique lines show in the game. Of course, Valkyria Chronicles is all about the BLiTZ System. Strategize your next moves using this system. Move your soldiers to the battlefield using the map with various evolutions. Familiarize your squad as there are six kinds of soldiers. Learn the characteristics of each class and lead your squad to victory.
