Before we go to the actual game itself, we have to look back on the profile background of Julius Caesar. He’s the founder of the Roman Empire. He made Roman Empire rise from the ground to make Rome be the better city in world history. He is the author of the Latin prose. Through his number of accomplishments, Caesar becomes one of the most powerful politicians in the Roman Republic. Gallic Wars is the notable victories of Caesar during in 51 BC. During his prime, he is the first Roman general to cross both the Channel and the Rhine. He builds a bridge across the Rhine and the cross the Channel to invade Britain. With the power he holds during his prime and his achievements in the battlefield, Caesar is considered one of the greatest military commanders in world history by historians.

The game focuses on Julius Caesar’s war of expansion against the Gallic tribes. In world history, it lasted from 58 BC to 50 BC. It culminated in the decisive Battle of Alesia. The Roman Republic reigned, and it expanded over the whole of Gaul (France and Belgium today). Power and politics are in your control. Prepare for war in the battlefield as you gain influence and political support by completing missions and winning victories inside the battlefield. There is a new update, and it’s the Ancestral Update. It introduces the fan-favorite family tree. It offers new ways to interact and manipulate your characters in the faction.
