The trilogy involves general premise. The game follows a group of mercenaries that at first they only take random odd jobs. However, the group leads to various political and social events during their journey. The group increases its member as the group progresses.
Mercenaries Saga Chronicles consists of three entries in the Mercenary Saga games: Will of the White Lions, Order of the Silver Eagle, and Gray Wolves of War. You direct a team of mercenaries across a grid to battle in AI opponent team in turn-based combat. While it’s your turn, you make decisions to moving a character on the grid within the movement range and attack the opponents if there’s any in the attack range.
The damage of your attacks depends on the character’s proximity to one another and the overall map of the grid. When you defeat your opponents, experience points and skill points will increase. A total of 82 campaign chapters in this trilogy. So, you end up with different routes and endings as you make your decisions.
