Everything comes to an end! Even if it’s a massive crack in the sky caused by a rocket launch… In the last few days, something new has started to happen in the wacky world of Fortnite: Battle Royale, and this marks the begin of the end of the actual season 5 which is apparently set for tomorrow. But what does it means? Well, nothing is certain at the moment, but accordingly the most likely theories this could have to deal with the long-time rumored Time Travel. You know, this is a fascinating concept dreamt basically by every one of us. A lot of myths and stories from all cultures talk about it; from the king Raivata Kakudmi in the Mahabharata to the traditional Japanese fable of Urashima Tarō. During the centuries a lot of scientists has theorized about a feasible Time Travel; for example, exploiting the traversable wormholes that could allow us to reach different points in time and space, and this is what hypothetically could happen with the closure of the rift in the sky.

But this is not the only event occurred. Indeed, some people witnessed that a strange purple cube has appeared. Well, if you have ever watched “The Cube” or “Hellraiser” movie series you know that normally the presence of this solid lead to nothing good. At the moment you can touch or jump on it without any problems; but who knows what lurks behind its appearance? Maybe in the next season, it’ll create an extra-dimensional passage and the Fortnite world will be invaded by the Cenobites or in reality it’s a sort of puzzle that can be solved unleashing the power of prime numbers…who knows? In any case, the solution to this enigma is just a few hours away. For now, if you shoot at it, many purple lightings spread out displaying some fiery runic symbols. The latest updates say that the cube sunk in the Loot Lake creating a sort of liquid purple trampoline, and we’re pretty sure that this will lead to something HUGE!

In addition, if you’re looking for some stylish outfits for your avatar; Epic Games has revealed a couple of new costumes that will be wearable from the next season. If you don’t suffer from Coulrophobia you’ll be happy to bring an enormous dose of cheerful destruction with the Nite Nite costume. Just in time for Halloween, you will turn your frown upside down; a full set of balloons will help you in battle with their topsy-turvy characteristics let you (literally!) laugh your opponents to death!

Otherwise, if you feel a little more powerful, and you love Scandinavian mythology…the Valkyrie is one of the best skin you could equip. With this, you will be ready to leave all of Asga…err Fortnite quaking in their boots. Directly from the Poetic Edda; you can fly around the world using the mystical Ice Wings while you bring destruction using both weapons and the Ice Dragon Glider! Fight well and your name will be forever inscribed in the runestones but if you don’t you will experience the wrath of Odin and the eternal shame of Gods and mortals.
