Another entry to the long-running Ace Combat series will launch its flight this 2019. Bandai Namco Entertainment will bring Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown to North America, Europe, Australia, Japan, and Asia this January 18th, 2019 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. If you have a PlayStation VR, get ready to experience some exclusive missions just for the VR users out there.
Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown is an upcoming hybrid combat flight action video game developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. This is also the 7th main entry to the Ace Combat franchise. The Ace Combat franchise is Bandai Namco‘s sixth best-selling franchise behind Tekken, Pac-Man, Gundam, Tales, and Super Robot Wars.
The game sets in 2019 when an opposition between the Osean Federation and the Kingdom of Erusea begins. This is also known as the Second Usuean Continental War. Trigger, a member of the Osean Air Defense Force fights against the Erusea’s unmanned drones. Trigger starts out as a member of Osea’s Mage Squadron. However, he is accused of murdering the former president as he’s sent to Osea’s Spare Squadron. Osea’s Spare Squadron is a penal military unit for atonement.
This is the battle with the most advanced warplanes ever! This game will deliver fierce and risktaking combat experience through the photorealistic visuals, intense fighting action, a multitude of authentic aircraft to launch and with the virtual reality, everything will be real! Witness the sudden changes of weather during the combat. Use the weather to defeat your enemies. Take the weather as your advantage as much as possible. See the breathtaking cloud-filled skies and cityscapes above while on a flight. Of course, combat needs weapons. Don’t worry folks, this game will provide you various an arsenal of ultra-modern weapon to defeat the enemies!
