Survive & Conquer the Land of Fódlan Here in Fire Emblem: Three Houses
Fire Emblem: Three Houses
Nintendo™ Switch – US & EU
It’s been a long time since we’ve last heard about a new Fire Emblem game. The first installment in the Fire Emblem game was first developed and produced for FamiCom with its most recent entry being Fire Emblem Fates on the Nintendo 3DS in 2015.
And now, the fantasy tactical role-playing game franchise is ready to spread its wings to Nintendo’s latest handheld console, Nintendo Switch, with Fire Emblem: Three Houses. The upcoming game is going to be the sixteenth main installment in the franchise and the first on a home console since the release of Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn in 2007.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses was first teased during a Nintendo Direct presentation for the franchise in 2017. At that time, the company only revealed that it’s going to be a Nintendo Switch exclusive game and is slated for a 2018 release.
After a year and a half, Nintendo formally announced the game at E3 with its name and first trailer being revealed, and a delayed release window of 2019.
You can watch the trailer below.
Hop into to the world of Fire Emblem: Three Houses with its brand new story and characters. Set foot on the land Fódlan where a Church named, “Church of Seiros” uses its power to rule over the land and its people.
Aside from fighting with foes, players must also interact with other in-game characters to build relationships and gather information that can be used in some parts of the game.
This upcoming turn-based tactical RPG will insert new strategic twists on battling, with formations of troops assisting individual units on the battleground.

Hopefully Three Houses is less weeby, but I get what you mean. It’s revival was due in part to Awakening’s attractiveness to that demographic, but I love the Fire Emblem series for what it is, even if the weeb shit continues

Definitely has to be Fire Emblem Three Houses. Its return to a home console, the way you move your units on the field reminds me of PoR & RD, and during battles how random soldiers will fight other random soldiers when you engage an enemy has me super excited for this game! pic.twitter.com/iwgOI0KuqV
