Last November 2018, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced the upcoming direct sequel to The LEGO Movie Videogame that was based on the upcoming LEGO movie, The LEGO Movie 2 Videogame.
The LEGO Movie 2 Videogame is an upcoming Lego-themed action-adventure video game developed by TT Fusion and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. This game will arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in North America, Europe, Japan, and the Asia Pacific. Get ready to go beyond the game from the movie events and let’s enter again in the LEGO World.
Please take note on the release dates folks: North America PS4 & XONE – February 26, North America Switch – March 26, Europe PS4 & XONE – March 01, Europe Switch – March 22, Asia Pacific PS4 – February 27, Asia Pacific Switch – March 27, Japan – March 28.
The monsters invaders from outer space have left Bricksburg in ruins. Now our heroic characters will go beyond the Bricksburg to save their loved ones from the strange inhabitants of the Systar System. This is now a journey outside their comfort zone as they go beyond to unfamiliar places. Discover the secret in outer space as discover new places and a new universe.
Our fan-favorite characters are back on the game as Emmet Brickowski, Lucy and LEGO Batman will set forth on a journey outside their homes along with their new and mysterious friends such as General Mayhem and Rex Dangervest. Plus, if you miss the characters from the LEGO Movie Videogame, no need to worry folks because you can unlock them as over 100 playable characters are included from The LEGO Movie 2 and the first movie. Even though you are going outer space, you can visit the iconic places from the first LEGO movie. Discover items and craft your own weapons. Unleash your inner Master Builder and create your own world. With these, unlock more rewards and missions. Of course, we need some actions to prepare for a fight against the alien space invaders and bosses. Strategize your moves to defeat as various special build attacks are available for each character.
