Mystery and horror elements in one awesome video game? Well, the game publisher Bigben Interactive will bring you to the terrors in The Sinking City. The Sinking City is an upcoming action-adventure mystery horror game publisher by Bigben Interactive and developed by Frogwares.
Folks, after the Call of Cthulhu Video Game by Focus Home Interactive, this mystery horror video game is also inspired to the works of H.P Lovecraft. For a brief background on the author, H.P Lovecraft or Howard Phillips Lovecraft was an American author who achieved huge posthumous fame in his writings in the genre of horror and weird fiction. Lovecraft was also one of the most significant authors in the 20th century. His famous tales are “The Rats in the Walls,” “The Call of Cthulhu,” “At the Mountains of Madness,” “The Shadow over Innsmouth,” and “The Shadow Out of Time.”

Last E3 2018, the developer Frogwares has revealed the official release date of The Sinking City as a lot of fans are anticipating this action-adventure mystery horror game. Folks, the official release date is on March 21st both North America and Europe will receive the terrors on the same date on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The game sets in the fictional city of Oakmont, Massachusetts wherein the rise of the economic growth, consumerism, jazz, prohibition, gangsters and ethnic conflict are prominent during that time. However, this fictional city suffers from a massive flood. Along with the massive flood, monsters have appeared along the streets of Oakmont that makes the citizens go to madness and doubt. The main protagonist Charles W. Reed, a private investigator, is on a task to unveil the mysterious events in Oakmont that brought the city into terror.
Remember, there’s more than one truth. As a private investigator, you must make your own basis for your conclusions as you collect clues and testimonies during your investigation. However, there are different endings and it will depend on your choices and your actions. So, whatever your choice, you must face the consequences. Are you ready to face sanity and the madness?
