In January 2018, as a celebration to Capcom‘s 30th-anniversary, the company released the major updated version of Street Fighter V in its Arcade Edition for PlayStation 4. This edition has been made available for the US, Japan, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. Also, the Asia Pacific version of the game is in its Multi-Language edition. Players can enjoy the game with four options for subtitles including Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. Plus try your skills against the professionals as this is one of the featured games at this year’s EVO JAPAN 2019 tournament!

But, what is so special about this Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition?

First of all, the game features 6 Arcade Battles that will follow the stories of the 5 Street Fighter in the franchise. Players will go back to the memory lane as you play these paths because each of the paths will only be playable by characters that are available in their respective installment.

Also, you can choose the level of difficulty, the number of rounds and the opponents to challenge which helps you to increase your arcade points. You better be good, fighters, because if you accumulate plenty of Arcade points in each month, you will receive a unique title!

Furthermore, there are 200 different endings and it features great illustrations from various artists. According to Capcom Unity, “You can head into the Gallery to find out the unlock condition for each end. They range from simply completing a path to getting a ‘Perfect’ on the bonus stage.” The bonus stage is about breaking 20 barrels using the moves of your character with the help of a computer-controlled character.

More so, Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition includes 28 characters that combine the original roster and the DLC characters. The Season 3 DLC characters are also available for the first time, which brings the roster to a total of 34 fighters! This edition will introduce the second V-Trigger for every character.
