Wolfenstein’s “spin-off” to the main series, Wolfenstein: Youngblood, was first announced during last year’s E3 with very limited information. But on March 27, we’ve learned that Wolfenstein: Youngblood is coming out on the 26th of July for PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PS4. Along with this announcement is a 2-minute long story trailer for the game.

“Welcome to the 1980s. BJ Blazkowicz is missing. His last known whereabouts: Nazi-occupied Paris. The only ones who can find him are his twin daughters, Jess and Soph Blazkowicz—and no Nazi scum are gonna stand in their way.”

Wolfenstein: Youngblood is being developed by the team of Machine Games that lets you experience a co-op play, set in Paris in the 1980s. For the first time in the series, B.J. Blazkowicz is not the protagonist in this game. Instead, you will play as the twin daughters of B.J. Blazkowicz, Jess and Soph who are now all grown up.

Set twenty years after the events of The New Colossus, the twins must embark on a mission into France’s capital and search for their good old Papa Blazkowicz who has gone missing in action over in Paris.

Youngblood will feature a fully functional co-op campaign mode as you take the role of one of BJ’s twin daughters, and work in tandem to hunt and take down all Nazis in your way. But, if you prefer going solo, you can jump into the singleplayer mode and embark on a journey alone with an AI companion.
