This is the canonical side story in the Azure Striker Gunvolt series.
It’s coming to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC in Japan this September 26th.
The main focus in this upcoming game is the anti-hero Copen!

In May 2018, the well-known Japanese game developer, Inti Creates, announced Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX (also known as 白き鋼鉄のXイクス THE OUT OF GUNVOLT) for Nintendo Switch. However, in June 2019, Inti Creates has confirmed this action-platform game is coming not just on Nintendo Switch but also to PlayStation 4 and Windows PC this September 26th in Japan.

According to Gematsu, this game will be available digitally and physically. The physical edition of this action platform game will include the 10-track “Muse Lola” vocal CD. Plus, the first print edition will include a download code of Minos’ “Lola Uniform” costume.

Throughout the years, the Gunvolt series is iconic and is known for its high-speed stylish 2D action. With the upcoming game, this is a canonical side-story in the Azure Striker Gunvolt series. The game sets in the universe of Azure Striker Gunvolt and Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 where an anti-hero Copen will take on the action with intensity to the next level.

Join Copen along with the A.I helper, Lola, that allows him to use EX weapons. Plus, she can bring her powerful songs to the game that might help you with some pumping action. The sounds and the graphics of this game are the most dazzling in the developer’s history. Brag your score in social media platforms as it will be displayed after each mission.
