The biggest boy band in the world, BTS (방탄소년단 or Bangtan Sonyeondan) or also known as the Bangtan Boys from Seoul, South Korea who are known for the hit titles such as Fake Love, Idol, Boy With Luv, have collaborated with the popular Korean communication app LINE to bring the iconic LINE characters known as the BT21.
Boy With Luv ft. Halsey is the latest title of BTS from their EP, Map of the Soul: Persona.
BT21 is the first project of the LINE FRIENDS CREATORS with BTS. BT21 is consists of different characters created by the BTS members Jin, RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook. The BTS members all participated in the whole process in creating these characters. With this, the BT21 collaboration has spread throughout the global market as it open flagship stores in Itaewon, Myeongdong and other popular spots in Seoul as well in Japan, Hong Kong, and Los Angeles.

For a brief background, LINE FRIENDS are the featured characters based on the LINE messaging app. It was released in 2011 by Line Corporation which is the subsidiary of South Korea’s biggest internet search giant, Naver Corporation.
