3goo (Sangoo), Inc. is pleased to announce that they will release the next title in the popularTrine series, Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince in Japan as a Multi-Language Edition for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Yes, you read that right.

Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince PS4 Japanese version has English language support while the Nintendo Switch version features Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. The game is poised for an Autumn release this 2019 with a new four-player co-op mode.

Trine is officially back to its 2.5D roots with traditional puzzle-platforming action and physics-based goodness. Featuring a brand new story, Trine 4 reunites Amadeus the Wizard, Pontius the Knight, and Zoya the Thief, the three heroes sent on a quest to rescue the haunted young Prince Selius from himself. Joined together once again, these three heroes must embark on a thrilling journey through fantastical fairytale setting teeming with danger.

The Prince suffers from an intensely dark situation where his nightmares can slip into reality, wreaking havoc on the waking world. Now, it’s up on the thief, knight, and wizard to find the troubled prince and resolve its desperate condition before the world is sunk by the Nightmare Prince’s shadows.

Trine 4 supports up to 4 players in both local and online coop that lets you switch between multiple characters in the game. Are you ready to fight your way through a deadly and epic quest?
