Before its release on the 27th, game publisher and developer Bandai Namco unveiled a few sets of juicy details and screenshots for its upcoming RPG, Code Vein, by introducing the game’s Spa base facility and Blood Code (class) “Prometheus”.

Spa

In Code Vein, the heroes are revenants who have lost the greater part of their memories as humans in exchange for supernatural powers and their base bath is a facility called the “Spa”, it is where the revenants can heal their exhausted bodies and restore their lost energy in the hot springs. Through soaking in the spa and losing yourself in thought, you can look back on the memories of past explorations.

– At the spa, half of the Haze dropped when you last died can be recovered. While the other half will be lost, you will want to use this when it is too risky to go back to get it yourself, or when you lost a large amount of Haze.

– By soaking in the spa, you can sort through your memories. You can check the memories of your adventures thus far, as well as the meanings of important terminology.

Blood Code: Prometheus

“Prometheus” is the blood code received from Louis. It holds his will, built up and hardened by overcoming countless hardships in the name of the salvation of revenants. It is well-balanced for combat but is somewhat fragile. Its Gifts bolster dodging and parrying.

Gift: Phantom Assault

Vanish like mist, then do a jump slash. An offensive skill performed with one-handed swords, halberds, and bayonets.

Gift: Fire Storm

Shoots a series of flaming projectiles that stagger the enemy.

Code Vein is an upcoming third-person perspective RPG from Bandai Namco set in an open world, post-apocalyptic dystopian environment. The game is bound to release on September 27 for PS4 and XONE consoles.

Code Vein is a new RPG from Bandai Namco and one of the most anticipated Bandai Namco games on the horizon. Code Vein features a dramatic story with a vast world to explore. Bandai Namco confirmed at E3 2017 that the game will be playable on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

If you can remember, Code Vein’s release date has been revealed last June 5 by Bandai Namco, together with a release of an English trailer showing off the game’s September 28 launch date. However, that was changed last July 12 via Bandai Namco’s blog post.

BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe announced that Code Vein will be moving its release date to 2019.

In addition, Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe also confirms that Code Vein will no longer be playable at Gamescom 2018. Although this could be very sad news for the majority, Bandai Namco said that they just want to ensure that the final product of the game will meet everyone’s expectations.

After numerous postponement on its release date  Code Vein will be officially out on September 27 but before that, a demo will be out on September 3 to give gamers a first-hand experience before its worldwide release.
