Ring Fit Adventure is an upcoming fitness adventure game developed and published by Nintendo for Nintendo Switch. It consists of two physical components that will allow you to control various in-game movements. The Ring-Con is a flexible, hard plastic ring that has one Joy-Con slot while the Leg Strap holds the other Joy-Con.

The game has various game modes, the Adventure Mode which makes the game into a turn-based RPG and lets you explore a fantastical world to defeat a bodybuilding dragon and his minions using real-life exercises with the motion controls within the Joy-Con sensing the player’s movement. You can traverse grass-swept plains by jogging in place, attack enemies with overhead shoulder presses, and refill your health meter by striking some yoga poses. Other modes include the Challenges and Minigames, Custom Mode and the Multitask Mode.

Ring Fit Adventure is ideal for players of all skill levels and schedules. Getting fit and exercising has never been this fun!

A variety of programs such as “Adventure”, a long-term fitness program that can be enjoyed while adventuring the fantasy world, “Mini-games” that can be started easily, and “Set menu” that allows you to play a set of fitness events continuously You can exercise in various styles.
