Sixth Sense [sɪksθ ˈsens]: a special ability of some people to know things without using the five senses of sight, hearing, touch, smell, or taste.
Called also ExtraSensory Perception (a.k.a. ESP); the pioneer of this field of study was the founder of parapsychology: Joseph Banks Rhine. His researches on ESP powers began in 1931 when the student Adam Linzmayer scored 100% correct answers at the Zener Card test twice. After him, Dr. Rhine tested many other volunteers to prove the validity of his theories, and the results of this new branch of science culminated in 1940 with the publication of the book Extrasensory Perception After Sixty Years. Inside it, the reader could find all the useful info about these kinds of powers, and an answer to his opponents who saw him as a charlatan. Whatever the truth is, one thing is certain; with his studies; Rhine opened the gates to a new subject that is believed real by millions of people worldwide.

But as experience has shown, more people means also more criminality, and in this parallel version of the world, the biggest, richest, and more deadly threat for the common people is the Yaksa Corporation, and above all its leader…the billionaire Ms. Garra Ono.
Her objective is to rule over the world, and she’s ready for anything to do it; due to her influence and wealth Ms. Garra can rely on a massive arsenal composed by robots, soldiers, tanks, and many other weapons of mass destruction, but this is not all, in fact, she’s also a very powerful ESPer!
So, the best way to fight her is using the same skills, this is why the government has decided to exploit the powers of three young ESPers who can fly, and shoot laser beams from the hands; their names are Yūsuke Sagami, Irori Mimasaka & JB-5TH.
