Bandai Namco released a new set of screenshots featuring Goten, Trunks and other supporting characters for the upcoming action RPG, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, on their Facebook page. Check it out below.

The screenshots feature Android 18, she’s the twin sister of Android 17 and Dr. Gero’s 18th android creation.

The next one is Trunks, he is an earthling and a Saiyan hybrid son of Bulma and Vegeta.

Other screenshots include Goten and other supporting characters that you must look forward this coming January 2020.

According to Gematsu, characters mentioned such as Android 18, Trunks and Goten will appear on the game as support characters. Players may able to unlock these characters after clearing the main story. Its attack and defense are based on the player’s actions. They can also use special moves through command input.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is bound to release first in Japan on January 16, 2020, and on the next day in other regions.

In case you missed it, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s opening movie will hit you hard with nostalgia. We all know that you will be thrilled (even us) to see the opening movie set to the original Japanese theme song of the series, Cha-La Head Cha-La by Hironobu Kageyama. It is pretty much a moving nostalgic tribute to the Dragon Ball Z anime, mixing in remarkable scenes from the late 80s and into the 90s.
