The Legend of Heroes fans, brace yourselves as Nihon Falcom confirmed that the two connected role-playing video games of The Legend of Heroes franchise will be getting a remaster this year! And those two video games are none other than, The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki and The Legend of Heroes: Ao no Kiseki.
Zero no Kiseki was first released on PSP in 2010. Meanwhile, Ao no Kiseki was also originally designed for the same platform and was released a year after Zero no Kiseki’s launch. Due to its success, Nihon Falcom managed to bring both games on PC and PS Vita as well. And now, it’s time for Zero no Kiseki and Ao no Kiseki to spread its wings to modern consoles and entertain both old and new fans of this role-playing video games!
Hold those controllers tight because both remasters of the two video games are coming exclusively to PlayStation 4! Nihon Falcom announced the ports during the 10th anniversary of Trails series’ Crossbell Arc celebration.
Release Date
Zero no Kiseki is scheduled to be released this month! Yes, you read that right. The game will arrive on PS4 on April 23. Meanwhile, Ao no Kiseki will launch on May 28th.
What to Expect?
Enjoy these two JRPG classics that have been fully remastered in high-definition for the modern console. The remasters feature fully-voiced main story, 60 fps support, UI adjustments, and high-speed skip mode. Moreover, you can also encounter improvement in the game’s visuals and sounds quality.
It is also worth noting that if you’re planning to pick up the summer 2020-due The Legend of Heroes: Hajimari no Kiseki, your saved data from either Zero no Kiseki and Ao no Kiseki will be compatible with it. The save data from either title will grant bonus content for Hajimari no Kiseki. However, no official announcement has been revealed for the specific details of these bonuses. Nonetheless, each bonus content will vary for each title.
