Sony finally revealed the next-generation console, PlayStation 5‘s hardware last June 11. After the reveal of the upcoming games for this console, the company surprised us with the design during the PS5: The Future of Gaming live stream.
No worries, folks if you are a huge fan of the digital games, Sony will bring the standard and digital editions of the console. The standard edition features the Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive as for the digital version, there’s no disc drive. The console turns out to be a futuristic black and white design.
In case if you are wondering about the release date and the pricing, Sony didn’t announce it yet. So, please wait for it, folks!

PlayStation 5 Games Announced
Of course, along with the PS5 hardware reveal, several game companies announced the upcoming games for the PlayStation 5. Some of the games announced are Grand Theft Auto V, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Grand Turismo 7, Resident Evil Village, Horizon Forbidden West, and more!

Can anyone verify if the PlayStation 5 is region free like the Nintendo Switch ?

We still don’t know yet if PS5 is region free or region lock, but being region free is one of the main features of the consoles now (both PlayStation 4 & Nintendo switch), and I think there’s no reason to remove it since PS4 have it. Another one is PS5 have Standard Edition and Digital Edition. We can safely assume that PS5 has a region free console and region lock console. All of these are based on the information we currently know, but again we still don’t know yet if the console is region free or region lock. We will add it to our product information once confirmed.
