Set in a fantasy-themed city known as Orario, the novels follow the deeds of Bell Cranel, a 14 years old boy with white hair, and red eyes who want to become a famous adventurer to get as many girls as he can and build his personal harem.

So far more than 9 million copies have been sold, and they have been translated in a lot of different languages including English, French, and Italian; becoming an actual global pop-phenomenon in only a handful of years.
