These two new consoles are built not just to transform the gaming experience of the yesteryear but to also meet both ends of the market.  

Introducing, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X

Microsoft is proud to announce Xbox Series S as the entry-level of the Xbox Series yet four times powerful than Xbox One. It is their smallest console ever built costing at an affordable price of $299 (ERP). Meanwhile, the more powerful Xbox Series X will be priced at $499 (ERP). 

Xbox Series S is as powerful as Series X with both platforms leveraging the same 8 core Zen 2 CPU, running at 3.6Hz and 3.8GHz for Series S and Series X respectively. The only difference between the two is the resolution. But knowing that both consoles are capable to deliver the next-generation gaming experience, and at an affordable price, it’s already a plus.

Both consoles are the only next-gen consoles that feature backward console compatibility. This feature permits every Xbox fans to play thousands of games from four generations with a fully transformed gaming experience.

Furthermore, a world premiere reveal of the Xbox Series S was unveiled on September 8 followed by an “Inside the Xbox Series S” trailer on September 9. You can find both videos below.

Microsoft confirmed that they are teaming up with EA (Electronic Arts) to give every Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC members additional EA Play membership with no extra fee! Aside from the 100+ games in the Xbox Game Pass library, Ultimate and PC members can also gain access to more than 60+ EA Play games. Enjoy playing EA’s biggest PC and console titles such as Titanfall 2, Need for Speed Heat, FIFA 20, and more.
