Game Overview
Relive the full arcade experience of Raiden IV in a modern console that also stays true to its original. Well, thanks to the new feature of this game that allows you to switch between the remixed background music and the original BGM. Additionally, “Sound Mode” and “Stage Background Music Select” features are also included. These features will surely give you a mix of brand new and nostalgic feeling. Plus, it is worth noting that the remixed BGM is performed by a talented lineup of artists produced by Mikado Game Center.
Gameplay speaking, Raiden IV x Mikado Remix offers a wide range of game modes that can be enjoyed by both new and old fand alike. First is the complete port of the arcade game which can be found in the “Arcade Mode.” Meanwhile, “Additional Mode” and “Overkill Mode” are also included and have been thoroughly reproduced for an epic gameplay experience.
But, that’s not all! You can also jump into a series of battles against boss weapons in the “Boss Rush Mode.” Plus, “Score Attack Mode” challenges you to compete for a high score on a single stage.
Moreover, you can compete against other players globally in the “World Ranking Mode.” You can also share your full experience online via uploading your gameplay in the “Replay Publish.” Take advantage of this feature and study your rival’s strategy!

【HISTORY】
Raiden IV was first released in June 2007 for the arcades followed by its Xbox 360 version in October 2008. After five years, it was released for PS3 as Raiden IV: OverKill. Then a PC version followed in September 2015 via Steam.
