In over 30 years of thriving existence of the Super Robot Wars franchise in the gaming industry, Bandai Namco has already launched more than 90 titles to date. The series has been loved by many because of its main feature which is the crossover of well-known mecha anime, manga, and video games. This feature allows several mecha to team up or fight one another.
Now, in celebration of the series’ 30th anniversary, Bandai Namco adds a new game in the series, launching on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Steam. Introducing, Super Robot Wars 30.

The game will be released in both Japan and Southeast Asia. What’s interesting about the Asia version is its English language support feature. English-speaking players around the globe can definitely enjoy this upcoming masterpiece.
Not much is known about the game so far aside from its teaser trailer and overview from Bandai Namco which can be seen below.

“Super Robot Wars 30″, a title commemorating the 30th anniversary of the series, is coming to Nintendo Switch™/PlayStation®4/STEAM®.
Super Robot Wars is a simulation RPG where robots of various animations come together to fight against a common enemy.
In this original story, robots from various animations such as ” “Mazinger Z: Infinity,” “Super Electromagnetic Robot Combattler V,” “Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam,” and “Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection” transcend the boundaries of their works and assemble in one place.
More information will be unveiled at a special livestream on July 11.
