Publisher Crest and developer Studio HG confirmed their collaboration on a new project titled, Metallic Child. It is an action roguelike video game lined up for a Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC release. 

Both the developer and publisher also announced that the game will be released digitally on the Nintendo Switch and PC on September 16, 2021. Meanwhile, PS4 and PS5 release dates are yet to be announced. 

Now here’s some interesting news for the Nintendo Switch collectors. Crest and Studio HG announced that a physical edition for the Nintendo Switch will be released in Japan. No need to worry if you can’t understand the Japanese language because the game supports multiple languagesYes, you read that right. You can choose between English, Chinese, and Korean. 

Game Overview

In this game, you must control an android named Rona. Help her on a challenging quest set in a space laboratory known as Life Stream. Defeat huge man-made robots with the use of powerful weapons and items. Engage in fast-paced battles and master the powerful techniques of each weapon’s unique abilities. 

Metallic Child features various difficulty levels. So, whether you’re a novice or a pro, there’s a level in this game that will suit your playstyle.
