Nippon Ichi Software has announced a “time loop investigation adventure” game Asatsugutori, which is due out for PlayStation 4 and Switch this year. yes, you read it right! This game is set to launch this November 25, 2021, in Japan.
Asatsugutori will have eight girls gathered and living together inside an unknown building. They are also living under the fear of getting murdered at all times. The player character will act as an investigator who works to prevent the girls’ deaths. The protagonist also has the ability to go back through time. The loop activates whenever an incident occurs, and a girl ends up getting killed.
Investigations in Asatsugutori will proceed in real-time. The player will receive different information based on the period of time. One of the gameplay methods suggested by Nippon Ichi is to loop repeatedly in order to gain as much information as possible. The player will be able to share information with the girls so they can try to avoid their untimely demise.
However, the girls are not aware that they will be killed soon, so not all of them will agree right away to work with the protagonist.

Game Overview
Hibari wakes up in a strange room alongside seven other girls. An announcement from above confused the girls. “Only one person who survives till the end can leave the building.”
“We recommend that you give it all your best to survive for as long as possible even just for one second, and you may be able to use magic.“
A few days after the girls’ mysterious communal life begins, an incident finally occurred. Hibari regrets not being able to stop the scene of death that happened in front of her. “If only I could go back before she died…“
The next day, when Hibari wakes up and goes to the cafeteria, she saw the girl who died the day prior. The ability to travel back in time
