Idea Factory will release an otome game, My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! – Pirates that Stir the Waters, for Nintendo™ Switch next year. Yes, you’re reading it right! The game launches on February 10, 2022, in Japan.

Game Overview

Katarina Claes has memories of her previous life as a high school girl. In the world of “FORTUNE LOVER”, she was reincarnated as a villainess who stood in between the love of the main characters, and whose endings only lead to a future of exile or death; but managed to avoid the destruction flags of the game safely.

For some reason, Katrina and her brother-in-law, Keith, attend the completion event of a luxury cruise ship, The Vinklem, and joined Geordo and the other members of the student council, who were also invited. They spend a lively time on the ship as it sailed gracefully through the sea. However, such a pleasant time is suddenly interrupted by a pirate attack. However, The Vinklem is taken over by the pirates, and Katarina and her friends are locked up on board. This situation seems to have something to do with the “Katarina’s doom episode that was not adopted in the main story” that was published in the fan book of “FORTUNE LOVER”…? Is this is a revival of the doom flag that was supposed to be shelved!? Will Katarina and the others be able to return to the Sorcier Kingdom safely?
