New updates are pouring as Anime Expo 2022 kicks off. One of the game updates on the said expo is Bandai Namco’s One Piece Odyssey.

Bandai Namco and ILCA have shown the 18-minute gameplay for One Piece Odyssey. Along with the gameplay reveal, the companies have also shared new information.

Artworks that bring the charm of One Piece into an RPG.

The art team at ILCA Inc. created artwork through a process of imagination and trial and error and the world-view settings unique to this title are based on designs provided by Eiichiro Oda and the various settings of the long-running One Piece series.

Based on these numerous artworks and settings, we created One Piece Odyssey an exciting adventure for players.

Adventure

To unravel the mysteries of the Island Waford, the game features an adventure system that allows players to move forward by utilizing the unique actions of the Straw Hat Crew.

Use Luffy’s Gum-Gum abilities and Franky’s construction techniques to explore the world of One Piece!

Battle

One Piece x Command Battle System: The Straw Hat Crew in action!

While the familiar royal command battles are the mainstay of the game, a new battle experience with the unique One Piece system which aims for victory through the actions of the Straw Hat Crew has been achieved.

Enjoy “Scramble Area Battles” in which you move around and select an area according to the situation at the start of the battle, and “Dramatic Scenes” in which trouble can occur in a certain area.

Key Characters

• Lim – A mysterious girl who hates pirates. She lives on an island called Waford, where the Straw Hat Crew drifted ashore.
• Adio Suerte – An explorer living on Waford. He is a castaway himself and takes on the role of a guide for the Straw Hat Crew.

Game Overview
