Ahead of Tokyo Game Show, PlayStation brings another State of Play to surprise us with new games and updates. If you miss out on the news, no worries as we got you covered!
Here’s the recap of the biggest news from the Sony’s State of Play:
God of War: Ragnarok
Kratos and Atreus are coming soon to let us experience their journey again. As the game is coming, Sony has revealed a new trailer that gives us a new sight of the game’s story. Plus, Sony has announced a Ragnarok-themed DualSense controller. The controller is coming on November 9, which is the release date of God of War: Ragnarok.
Tekken 8
Get ready for the next battle! Bandai Namco has announced Tekken 8 is in development. This fighting game is coming for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/X, and PC soon!
Like a Dragon: Ishin!
From the makers of Yakuza series, they are bringing Like a Dragon: Ishin for the PS5 and PS4 in February 2023. This is the remake of Ryu ga Gotoku Ishin! which was released only in Japan.
Rise of the Ronin
Sony and Tema Ninja team up to bring a new game entitled Rise of the Ronin. This game sets in the 19th century while you play as a ronin. Rise of the Ronin is a PS5 exclusive coming in 2024.
Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge Enhanced Edition
Hogwarts Legacy
If you are buying the PlayStation version of Hogwarts Legacy, it’s time to celebrate! You will get an exclusive access to The Haunted Hogsmade Shop. This will be available for one year. However, let’s wait for this game as this game will be released on February 10, 2023.
Stellar Blade
Formerly known as Project EVE, Stellar Blade is coming out in 2023 for the PS5 only.
Pacific Drive
Ironwood Studios’ debut game is a dystopian-like world with a mix of wild car action. This game is coming in 2023.
PlayStation Stars
PlayStation brings a new sneak peek at Sony’s not NFT rewards program. This program launches this month. So, wait for it, folks!
Synduality
Bandai Namco and Game Studio bring a new science fiction shooting game, SYNDUALITY. It’s coming in 2023.
