Great starter pack, but items still exclusive to Jp PSN account
Fantastic game, though the items-- including the exclusive pilot, exclusive paint job, and other items including Cougar S-Type (★★) set, five frame lotto tickets, five weapon lotto tickets, and 1,000 Core Seeds-- are only available to use on the account you redeem the included DLC voucher with. In other words, whether you're playing with the disc version or the downloaded f2p game, you cannot access the redeemed items with a western or otherwise non-Japanese account. The reason for 4 stars instead of five is how they handled the exclusive content; I would have understood if the currency, Cougar S-Type set, and lotto tickets were DLC, due to the microtransaction-based nature of the game; however, it would have been nice of Sega to allow access to the pilot character and GBW paint scheme when using the disc, with or without the code.

All in all, I don't regret my purchase, because I love this game (I've played over 80 hours of it so far, since downloading it less than three weeks ago!), and the physical copy is more of a "collectible" to me. This is a fantastic starter pack and I can see it being well worth the money for anyone using a Japanese account to play the game, but if you want to play it on a non-Japanese account, please be aware that this copy is 'collectible only' material.
