A good but typical RPG
The story is pretty good and the game is fun enough but it's not exactly an imporvment over the previous two 3DS games. If you don't like RPGs there's nothing here that will change your mind. On the other hand, if you really enjoy Japanese RPGs, you'll probably like this game.

Bravely Default 2
Okay.. story... nice graphics...
Then why a 5 stars if this is just "good" would you ask?
The combat system.
GAWDS it's good! this is where the Bravely default series truly shine, and they even refined it better than it already was.
If the story was as good as the combat system we would have a contender for the top 3 JRPG of all time.
Seriously give it a go it's great rpg.
