Bruce Lee, My Brother is a dramatic biopic of the eponymous martial arts legend as told by his younger brother, Robert Lee. It revolves around Bruce Lee's life as a rebellious adolescent in Hong Kong until he sets off for the USA and conquers the world at the age of 18 with only US$100 in his pocket. His father, a popular Cantonese opera singer who used to tour around the world with his family, Bruce Lee was born in San Francisco in 1940 during their US stop. The Lee family moves back to Hong Kong just months before the invasion in China and goes through the horrid 3 years and 8 months of Japanese occupation in Hong Kong.

a really good bibliography for his early years
Beautifully shot and choreographed, the sound is great too. This film is about Bruce Lee as a human being, so don't expect epic fight scenes as he is at a young age and knows only how to do street fights. The plot might be boring but what can you expect? This is a realistic take on his life, not some fictional plot involving dramatic scenes and fights. So, if you are a fan and willing to discover the beginning of his personal life, this is for you. Other than that, please go watch his martial art movies.

Its an Ok movie
If you guys think the movie would be like ip man 1&2 you're wrong, its no where near as entertaining or action packed as the ip man series theres not much fighting at all! the movie is really what it is, it pretty much tells the story of bruce lee as a little kid to a teenager, i reckon they should have capatalised more on how bruce lee got into wing chun and how he excelled....overall its an ok movie

Bruce Lee My Brother
Wow, the cover of the dvd is very nice and the movie is also great. It depicts the life of a young Bruce Lee and his brushes with the law and the gangsters when he was very young. Nice film and a nice buy!
