Crashing Cars Like Nobody's Business
This is my first racing game on the PS3 and I gotta say that first impression when I pop-in the B-Ray is, damn this game has lots of DLCs. And with that, there are tons of trophies to be obtained.
As fierce as title might be, the game is actually quite forgiving in terms of achieving the objectives in the game. Say for example, in "Crash Mode", you can still bounce of couple of times even though there is completely no car around to hit your ride. Or.. you're involved in this high speed get-away and your car got crashed once or twice and you can still complete the challenge. This is of the present game update.
Crash a fast car speeding up the highway and you earn yourself a new ride, and then what's more.. you can earn a custom ride of that when you successfully beat the best time from the start to finish.
There are still tons more of stuff waiting for players in the DLC, they are even bikes to try out with and "Cops & Robbers" pack too!
I say you buy this game if you can!

Fun arcade racer that shines online.
This installment of Burnout clearly has online multiplayer in mind. Countless challenges invite you to drive with or against other player world wide. The game features a huge selection of cars, race events, challenges and game modes all on a single, huge map with possibly the most visually impressive car damage system ever realized in a videogame.

Could have been a great game
The game has stunning graphics, great soundtrack and engine sounds. You feel the speed when you are driving the car. But for me the game loses one star because there is no offline multiplayer option. These games feel much better when you can play it with your friends in the same room. The game has a great online multiplayer feature but it's not the same feeling. Another star is cut because of the frustration that comes along when you are racing in the city. Streets, shortcuts, alleys can get really confusing. You are not required to follow a certain path during the race and you easily take the wrong turn which causes time loss and eventually start the races over and over again. Plus as the game proceeds, the races become longer and tougher hence there are more chances of taking wrong turns and crushing your car and as I said before, you have to start the race again and again and again and again and again.......
