A good compilation of Capcom's 8-bit hits!
Basically you get the 8-bit Famicom/NES versions of Capcom's biggest arcade hits from the late 1980s.

Of the three, Mighty Final Fight is probably the most rarely seen as it was released for the Famicom/NES when the world was knee deep in the 16-bit console wars.

All three games are among the best games of that time for the Famicom/NES. The Strider game is a unique game not totally related to the smash arcade hit and Bionic Commando is also the same, though it retains the difficulty level.

The price is a steal once you factor in the cost of an original Might Final Fight game in good condition...

Competent and convenient
This collection is a little rough around the edges but (imho) satisfies. Graphically, the screen is stretched so all text gets squished a bit. Also, the graphics don't look as crisp as the originals but you get used to that quickly (because ugly they are not) .

Thankfully, the games control as well as they sound. There is occasional slowdown but I think it was present in the originals as well. Which means what you get is still good but none of the ports has been optimized.

That said, not too bad a price considering it's a 3-in-1 cartridge that you can experience on both a TV (provided you got a GameBoy Player) and a portable. Besides, one can't go wrong with portable Bionic Commando. ;)

Must have!
All of the three classic games are a masterpiece in that time. I recommended the collection if you are a collector or a retro games fan.
