Item Description
過去四年來，Nica (Fiona Dourif 飾) 因精神病被判進療養院，使她一直深信自己是謀殺了全家的疑犯而非 Chucky。但當她的精神科醫生引進了一種全新治療「工具」─ 一個熟識的笑臉娃娃，療養院便開始發生一連串的死亡事件，Nica 更開始懷疑自己其實並沒有患精神病。而多年來一直被 Chucky 追殺的小男孩 Andy (Alex Vincent 飾) 經已長大，並決定與 Nica 聯手對付 Chucky。不過在拯救 Nica 之前，他還須先打倒 Chucky 的妻子 Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly 飾)。
