Darkseed
The Japanese version of Darkseed has Japanese text, but otherwise comes with the full English voices from the PC CD-ROM version. In other words, this version is more or less perfectly playable even if you don't understand Japanese.
It's a nice game too. I definitely miss the mouse, but otherwise it's a good port of the slow-burn PC horror original.
