it comes translated because they know full well that Koei-Tecmo won't actually localize the game to the west, especially the US because sexiness is a no-no while death and gore are a-ok. anyways this game is as described, the only difference is the cover art is slightly different than the JP version. also most people will know if you need ...[read more...]

I found the mini games to be fairly simple by design but still challenging enough to keep me engaged and wanting to play them over again. The characters and costumes are absolutely stunning, and overall I found the game to be fairly entertaining and one I truly enjoyed relaxing with. For DOA fans or for those who like games with a chill atmosphere with cute girls and fun beachtime and casino mini games, I’d strongly recommend this one for you
If you like fanservice-y games, then you’ll love DOAX3. It’s very much like the other Dead or Alive Xtreme games with girls in swimsuits, beach volleyball, and gambling. It doesn’t have every activity from every previous game (for example, no slot machines like in the first game). The minigames offered are a great time, even if most of them aren’t particularly deep; but is that what we’re really here for? The extra photo modes are also a treat if you want to take some snapshots of your favorite girls in the game in a particular setting or outfit. Overall the game is a great time and can actually be a fun way to get into the main Dead or Alive Xtreme games (the first DOAX got me into playing Dead or Alive 5, which is a fun fighting game with the spice you expect)! Overall, if you know it’s your kind of game, then Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 is a great buy!
Also- I highly recommend buying Scarlet instead or Fortune (especially if they’re at about the same price), since Scarlet includes two additional characters!

game from the "dead or alive" series. Now you do not fight in the arena, but relax with the heroines of the game "dead or alive" on the island playing mini games!))))

Very fun game buried under two mountains of fan service. English subs are a download. No access to the store unless you make a japanese account. Havent found that I needed it though as you can purchase the same outfits with ingame currency.

So sexy, and fun, but can be confusing at first.
Yes, this game is SEXY! There is no hiding that. These well endowed women whom take very good care of themselves, despite beating each other up in the core games, are here on this island to enjoy some well deserved R&R, and make us drool while they have fun. The downside is that, for me, learning how to play the many games, though simple, is not as easy. I fail a lot in many of these admittedly fun (and sexy) mini-games, but I am slowly starting to get the hang of things. Another thing that I find a little hard is getting to learn what the girls like and dislike, or what they are ready to accept from you. Still, I recommend anyone thinking of buying this game to get it without thinking on it much. It's worth it, and it's fun. Just remember there might be a bit of a learning time to get things right.
