Directed by Nobuo Uematsu, the man behind all the wonderful inspiring tracks and performed by the Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra under the conductor's baton of Arnie Roth's, this CD covers all the famous pieces from the quintessential RPG series that all gaming fans should be familiar with.
From the Medley that combines themes from the first three games in the series to the famed One Winged Angel that spawned numerous arrangements, this CD takes you on a tour through the generations and merges gaming with high art.
2002年に東京国際フォーラムAで行なわれた｢20020220 music from FINAL FANTASY｣さらに、2005年に初の海外コンサートとなった｢MORE FRIENDS music from FINAL FANTASY｣に続き、約3年振りとなるFFサウンドのオーケストラアルバムの発売が決定！
ゲーム音楽作曲家“植松伸夫”による完全監修作品。王立ストックホルムフィルハーモニー管弦楽団による質の高いフルオーケストラ演奏に、指揮は国内ゲームミュージックファンからも定評の高い Arnie Roth氏が担当します。
楽曲は2007年から世界各地で公演が行われている｢Distant Worlds｣コンサートでの演奏となり、いずれもユーザーからの高い評価を得る楽曲ばかりを収録。FFファンだけでなく、ゲーム音楽ファン必携のアレンジ盤となります！

Awesome
I got this for my car originally, but now its autographed by Uematsu-san himself I'll have to replace it.
It's awesome having seen them live twice wow!!
Now I've the three one on its way to me can't wait!
If you like Final Fantasy you'll love these they're always adding new songs.

Simply put the best FF music you can find, and make sure to grab Distant Worlds II to complete best FF compilation yet.

Don't Forget Distant Worlds II
"One Winged Angel" has never sounded better. The performers did the opera song from Final Fantasy VI just as it should have been. If you get this item, don't forget Distant Worlds II.

best CD ever!
This CD contains most of famous Final Fantasy music and all Final Fantasy fans should get one.
