Passable for what it is worth
I threw this in the basket so that it could fulfill the requirement for free shipping when I was missing €1.

How do you even properly review a CD with two songs on it? Well it’s a two piece limited edition #1 so that makes it kinda novel, I guess?

Discs one’s feature track is the titular Doors (Yuki no Kiseki). Apparently it was used as the theme song for tv drama Saki ni Umareta dake no Boku which stars one the band’s members. I am not familiar with the show in question besides what knowledge the internet offers. Since it is labeled as a school drama then I guess the slower and melancholic tone fits the tone, albeit it being entirely not my cup of tea. The second track, Winter Days, is livelier than the first one but still oozes that generic boys band vibe. This track is also available as an instrumental version to conclude the contents of the first disc.

The second disc contains the video clip accompanying Yuki no Kiseki and a making-of of the said video. The whole affair is about 25 minutes in length and it’s an interesting companion piece for the avid fan. Neat, but ultimately pointless to me.

The band Arashi clearly has their audience to remain relevant since 1999 to this day and sell pretty packed concert halls. I am clearly not a part of said audience.
