Buggy and flawed but still Bioware.
This expansion to the fun Dragon Age Origins has interesting characters, new spells, abilities weapons.

The story has the potential to be very interesting, but is spoilt by strange bugs and by ignoring some of the decisions you made from the last game, it seems rushed.

good extension of the original game
if you have the original game this is definitely worth while getting to extend the story

It's too short
I really love Dragon Age Origins. I've played it more than 60 hours, but Awakening, it made me disappointed since it's too short. It took just 10 hours to complete the main story. There are a few additional skills and talents, but less exciting and shorter story than before.

More of a good thing!
Dragon Age Origins: Awakening is a nice addition to the outstanding original game. Nearly all the good points of the original apply to Awakening as well, aside from the fact that it is a bit short. It took me far less time to finish than the original.
If you loved DAO, then this is worth a look.
